Transformative Transcendental Meditation Retreat Ends Successfully in Almora

New Delhi, 4th April 2025: The Transcendental Meditation (TM) retreat held from 26th to 30th March 2025 at Essence Of Nature, Almora, Uttarakhand, in association with Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT), Lucknow, concluded on a high note, leaving participants with enhanced clarity and inner peace. The retreat brought together 45 attendees who deepened their meditation practice amid the serene Himalayan landscape.

The retreat integrated advanced meditation techniques with holistic learning. Participants engaged in Group TM, Maharishi Yoga-Asanas, and expert-led Q&A sessions that provided insights into Vedic wisdom. A key highlight was the discussion on Maharishi Ji’s video featuring Patanjali’s verse ‘Hayem Dukham Anagatam,’ which sparked deep reflection.

Led by distinguished TM experts, including Dr. Mudita Agarwal, Gaurav Thakur, Samir Tripathy, and Sandhya Tripathy, the retreat offered structured learning and personalized guidance. Special lectures and interactive Q&A sessions were conducted by Aditi Shrivastava, enriching participants’ meditation journeys. MUIT’s leadership, including Chancellor Shri Ajay Prakash Shrivastava and Vice Chancellor Dr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, emphasized the importance of integrating meditation into daily life.
