RCM Commences Nationwide Rupantaran Yatra to Drive Service, Health & Values “Marks 25 Years of Grassroots People-Centric Entrepreneurship”

National, 12 Sept,  2025:RCM, India’s leading direct selling company, has launched a 100 days nationwide “Rupantaran Yatra” to mark its 25 years of operations. The 17,000-km journey will cover villages and cities across the country, with 25 mega events planned to spread the message of health, service and values.

In health, the yatra aims to raise awareness about lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders and high cholesterol, while promoting health-enhancing products to help prevent them; in service, it seeks to empower various sections of society by connecting them to entrepreneurship and self-reliance, while inspiring citizens to serve society, the nation and the environment; and in values, it will encourage people to live a life guided by ethics and principles.

Founded in 2000 with a single textile product, RCM has now grown into a Rs 2,400 crore enterprise offering more than 400 products and supported by over 2 million active Associate Buyers. Its robust distribution spans more than 10,000 stores. The company has achieved this growth without any venture capital or external investments, relying solely on the support and trust of its associate buyers and consumers.

During the journey(yatra), as part of RCM’s 25-year milestone, six special Silver Jubilee celebrations will be held across Bhilwara, Surat, Kochi, Guwahati, Patna, and Delhi. Each city will host renowned personalities who will lend their voice to the message of the Rupantaran Yatra. Among them are celebrated actor and poet Ashutosh Rana; renowned actor, Padma Shri Manoj Joshi; National Award winner Ashish Vidyarthi; Arjuna Awardee, former Indian footballer, Padma Shri Bhaichung Bhutia; Bhojpuri actor, Member of Parliament Ravi Kishan; and acclaimed actor, Padma Vibhushan Anupam Kher. Along with this, lifestyle workshops, women’s entrepreneurship sessions, health awareness camps, and cultural programs will be organized during the yatra as well.

The centrepiece of the journey will be a specially designed RCM Rath, decorated in royal blue to symbolise India’s unity and cultural diversity. Both sides of the Rath are adorned with grand peacock-shaped motifs in golden-orange and blue, along with the map of India and other artworks. It will carry the slogan: ‘Gaon-Gaon, Shehar-Shehar, RCM Ki Chali Lehar’.

“This journey is not only a celebration of 25 years of achievements but also a roadmap for the future. Our dream is to ensure that every Indian lives a healthy, self-reliant, and value-based life.” RCM Chairman Tilok Chand Chhabra said.

According to Managing Director Saurabh Chhabra, the yatra would provide opportunities for youth, women and citizens across the country to transform their lives. “RCM is more than a business—it is a people’s abhiyaan,” he added.

The Rupantaran Yatra will also showcase RCM’s social initiatives under RCM Sewa. As part of RCM Sewa (service), the company has built a blood donor network of over 30,000 people. It has also conducted health awareness campaigns, addiction recovery programmes and nationwide menstrual hygiene campaigns to advance its vision of a Swasth Bharat.

Its “Sampoorn Shiksha” initiative has empowered more than 30,000 children across 1,000 centres, while the “Vriksh Vridhi” campaign has resulted in over 3 lakh trees being planted. Millions of citizens have pledged to protect the environment through the “Adarsh Nagarik Shapath,” and other causes supported by RCM include the promotion of chemical-free farming and campaigns such as “Give Way to Ambulance.”

RCM’s social commitment extends to promoting scientifically certified health products, such as rice bran oil, and conducting workshops to assist millions to help in the prevention and control of diabetes, heart disease, and other lifestyle disorders with the help of a network of medical experts. The company has also empowered millions of women to become self-reliant and inspired youth leadership, while guiding the new generation towards entrepreneurship and positive change.
