LOS ANGELES, September 24, 2025 — Rula Health, a nationwide behavioral health provider delivering accessible, insurance-covered care, today announced the appointment of three accomplished executives to its leadership team: Laura Palmer as Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew Mok as Chief Marketing Officer, and Linda Lee as Chief People Officer. Their decades of experience scaling global companies, building trusted brands, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures will fuel Rula’s mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care and delivering a seamless, patient-centered experience.

Laura Palmer: Chief Revenue Officer, Rula Health

Laura Palmer, Rula’s new Chief Revenue Officer, is a global technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global go-to-market strategies across AI, SaaS, and consumption-based businesses. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President of Revenue at Unity Technologies, where she scaled the company’s global go-to-market from startup stage to more than $1B in annual revenue, culminating in a successful IPO in 2020. Palmer previously held senior leadership roles at Google Cloud, where she helped scale GCP into a multi-billion-dollar business. In her new role, Palmer will oversee revenue strategy and operations, focusing on expanding access to care, building strong partnerships with providers, and driving sustainable growth.

Andrew Mok: Chief Marketing Officer, Rula Health

Andrew Mok joins Rula as Chief Marketing Officer after more than 12 years at Turo, where he helped build the brand from the ground up into a globally recognized marketplace, scaling the business into a multi-billion-dollar company across five countries. Recognized by Business Insider as one of the Most Innovative CMOs and named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40, Mok is celebrated for blending data-driven strategy with creative storytelling. At Rula, he will lead brand, marketing, and growth efforts to advance the company’s mission.

Linda Lee: Chief People Officer, Rula Health

Linda Lee brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, culture, and operations to her role as Chief People Officer. Lee has held leadership positions at Velocity Global and Anaplan, and earlier in her career worked at Red Hat, Cisco Systems, and Qualcomm. In joining Rula, she will focus on strengthening the company’s culture, advancing talent development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive.

“These three leaders bring the experience and vision to guide Rula into its next chapter,” said Josh Bruno, CEO of Rula. “Laura, Andrew, and Linda each offer distinct strengths – scaling high-growth companies, building trusted brands, and creating inclusive, people-first workplaces. Their leadership will be key as we expand services, reach more people, and advance our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.”

This appointment underscores Rula’s mission to expand access to care, following the company’s nationwide rollout of psychiatric services and medication management in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and its growth to a network of 21,000 licensed providers and 170 million lives covered through insurance.
