With over 23 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Bindiya brings strong expertise in housekeeping management, guest experience, and operational excellence.
In her new role, Bindiya will oversee all aspects of the rooms division, including housekeeping, front office, and guest services, ensuring seamless operations and elevated guest experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Bindiya has held key leadership roles across leading hospitality brands in India, most recently serving as Executive Housekeeper at Fairmont Palace, Udaipur, where she led large-scale operations and enhanced service efficiency. Her experience spans managing high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and consistently delivering on guest satisfaction benchmarks.
