Kapture CX appoints Gaurav Prakash as Senior Director to Build and Scale Enterprise Function

India, 23rd April 2025: Kapture CX, a renowned Agentic AI Customer Experience platform has recently appointed Gaurav Prakash as the new Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to build and scale the enterprise function across India with a global outlook.

Gaurav boasts 14 years of experience in the SaaS industry and has been at the forefront of multiple technology domains, including EdTech, ProcureTech and most remarkably Customer Experience (CX). He recognizes the growing demand for pure-play agentic AI powered CX solutions in the market and hence, his appointment will be pivotal for Kapture CX as it stands out as the only player delivering an end-to-end CX suite built organically in India.
