New Delhi, May 12: Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with US-based Oceaneering International Inc to strengthen its capabilities in deepwater and offshore marine operations.
The collaboration aims to enhance advanced subsea services, marine engineering solutions, and operational efficiency in complex deepwater environments, supporting the company’s long-term expansion in the maritime sector.
The partnership will focus on deploying modern underwater technologies, including inspection systems, remote-operated solutions, and specialised engineering support for offshore operations.
Officials said the tie-up will improve safety standards, operational precision, and productivity in deepwater projects, while also enabling access to global expertise in subsea engineering and marine technology.
The move reflects APSEZ’s strategy to diversify its capabilities beyond traditional port operations and strengthen its presence in advanced maritime and offshore services.
