Mumbai, May 12: Fynd, an AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, announced today that Khadim, one of India’s largest footwear retailers, has migrated its 260-store network to Fynd Store OS. The rollout marks the full-scale expansion of a partnership that began in August 2022 and consolidates Khadim’s store operations, CRM support, and marketplace commerce onto a single unified platform.
As part of the implementation, Fynd has enabled a complete platform handover to Khadim’s team, allowing them to independently manage store profile updates, employee mapping, new employee registrations, discounts, offers, and basic operational configurations. Fynd has also integrated with Khadim’s RMS system, ensuring smoother order processing, invoice updates, visibility, and tracking across systems.
To support adoption at scale, Fynd conducts regular refresher training, readiness checks, performance reviews, and store-level tracking for Khadim’s team. The platform also supports their promotional requirements, including prepaid order discounts, delivery charge configurations, and gift-based offers.
“Scaling omnichannel operations across a large store network requires strong technology, process discipline and store-level adoption,” said Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer – India, Fynd. “With Khadim, our focus has been on enabling a more self-sufficient operating model through Store OS migration, RMS integration, training, CRM support, and platform handover. This partnership demonstrates how Fynd can help retail brands build a scalable, future-ready omnichannel foundation. This partnership reflects what a truly self-sufficient omnichannel foundation looks like in practice.”
“We were looking for a platform that could help us simplify complex workflows, improve store adoption, and empower our teams to manage day-to-day operations with greater independence,” said Kaushik Dutta, Assistant General Manager – Sales, Khadim. “With Fynd’s Store OS, our teams are better equipped to manage daily workflows, support customers efficiently and scale digital commerce across our store network.”
Looking ahead, Fynd continues to support Khadim in improving store adoption, increasing operational efficiency and building a more independent omnichannel model. The next phase of the collaboration will focus on central support enablement, warehouse dispute reconciliation, and further automation to help Khadim operate as a fully self-sufficient brand on the Fynd platform.
