The architectural landscape of Chandigarh and the surrounding region takes a leap forward with the opening of a new Experience Centre by VIVA Composite Panels Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali, in collaboration with local business partner Jaspreet Singh Kathuria of A V Metals. This centre provides architects, designers, and builders in Chandigarh and Punjab with direct access to an extensive range of façade and composite panel solutions, supporting the region’s architectural growth.
Strategically located in JLPL’s Sector 82, this centre is designed as a hub for modern design solutions, featuring a wide array of finishes and panel styles. The inauguration of this facility underscores Mohali’s emergence as a centre for architectural and construction innovation, contributing to North India’s construction industry growth.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Mr. Prakash Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of VIVA Composite Panels Pvt. Ltd., alongside Mr. Mayank Jain, Director at VIVA Composite Panels Pvt. Ltd. Notable guests included Mr. Pritpal Singh Ahluwalia, President of IIA Chapter – Punjab, and Mr. Charanjit Singh Shah, Principal Architect at Creative Architects and widely recognized as the “Airport King.” The presence of other esteemed architects such as Ar. Sidharth Mahim Bansal, Principal Architect at SBE Architect, and industry leaders highlighted the significance of this launch.
The evening continued with an exclusive event at Radisson Red in Mohali, co-hosted by VIVA and the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). Themed “AI in Architecture,” the event explored emerging technologies in design. Er. Nipun Syal, a Structural Engineer, delivered a keynote on AI’s transformative role in architecture. Dr. Ajay Sharma, a Software & Skill Training AI Expert, shared insights on the integration of AI in the industry, and Mr. Faizer Ali Dastagir, National Head of Projects at VIVA Composite Panels Pvt. Ltd., discussed the company’s forward-looking product strategies.
