Hyderabad, October 17, 2025: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI) organised an Awareness program on the ELI Scheme, SPREE 2025 and Amnesty Scheme 2025 at its premises in Red Hills.
Giving his opening remarks, Mr Ravi Kumar, President of FTCCI, said the Government has recently launched the Employee Linked Scheme (ELI Scheme), SPREE 2025 (Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees), and the Amnesty Scheme–2025 to strengthen formal employment and ensure comprehensive employee welfare. These initiatives are aimed at encouraging organisations to bring more workers into the formal sector, regularise past compliance obligations, and avail benefits under the amnesty provisions where applicable.
In today’s dynamic business environment, awareness and understanding of these initiatives have become critical. Employers, HR professionals, and industry representatives need clear guidance on how to implement the schemes effectively, ensure compliance, and leverage the incentives provided.
Senior officials from the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), and experts from the industry shared valuable insights on the objectives, benefits, and compliance aspects of these schemes.
