Mar, 5: This Women’s Day weekend, Saz American Brasserie partners with House of Amel, the much-loved patisserie and croissanterie by Chef Sanah Ahuja, for a special edition of its Sunday Bake Sale bringing togethiher handcrafted desserts, flaky croissants and indulgent sweet treats for a limited-time celebration.
Known for its artisanal desserts and handcrafted croissants, House of Amel operates two delivery kitchens in Mumbai and has built a loyal following for its thoughtful flavours and beautifully crafted pastries. Beyond its core menu, the brand is also known for bespoke experiential concepts, from intimate mini dessert spreads to live croissant sandwich bars for larger celebrations always rooted in quality and consistency.
For this collaboration, six of House of Amel’s signature creations will take centre stage at Saz, blending the charm of the iconic brasserie with Sanah’s refined pastry craft.
Guests can look forward to a carefully curated selection that includes:

Rouge – a decadent entremet with 70% dark chocolate mousse, strawberry jam and almond cake

Pesto, Feta & Sundried Tomato Danish – a flaky Danish layered with pesto, crumbled feta and sundried tomatoes

Hazelnut Crunch – croissant crisps layered with hazelnut caramel, hazelnut mousse and chocolate glaze

Strawberry Cream Croissant – a croissant sandwich with whipped vanilla mousse, house-made strawberry jam, streusel and fresh strawberries

Banana Walnut Cake – a classic teacake slice with salted caramel, chocolate chunks and roasted walnuts

Jalapeño Croissant – an Amel classic featuring a butter croissant filled with jalapeño cream cheese
The collaboration celebrates women-led creativity in the culinary space, bringing together two brands that share a love for indulgent desserts and thoughtful craftsmanship.
