 With over two decades of experience in environment management and sustainability, Rachana Sharma brings deep domain expertise across the cement and large infrastructure sectors. She has led environmental governance, regulatory compliance and sustainability programmes across complex operations, delivering measurable outcomes. Prior to joining Shree Cement, she served as Head  Environment at JSW Cement, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening environmental management systems and advancing sustainability-led initiatives.
