Gurugram, March 26: Roots Developers reinforced its commitment to employee welfare and community well-being by successfully organising a free medical camp on March 25 at its project site, Roots Courtyard-2. Conducted between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the initiative benefited approximately 80–100 employees and on-site workers.
The camp focused not only on basic health check-ups but also on promoting preventive healthcare awareness. Informative sessions on health, hygiene, and nutrition—with a special emphasis on anaemia awareness—were conducted to help participants adopt healthier lifestyles.
As part of the initiative, a comprehensive range of complimentary health services was offered, including blood pressure monitoring, random blood sugar (RBS) testing, and haemoglobin (HB) tests for early detection of anaemia. Additionally, specialised diagnostic services such as ECG, pulmonary function tests (PFT), and chest X-rays were provided based on medical recommendations. Participants also had access to consultations with experienced general physicians, ensuring appropriate guidance and follow-up care.
The medical camp witnessed active participation and was well-received by both staff and labour, underscoring the importance of accessible healthcare at the workplace. The initiative aimed to encourage early diagnosis of potential health concerns while fostering a culture of awareness and preventive care.
