ETC x Chula Unisearch Launches Business Pitching Platform for Real-World Learning

Through Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Executive & Talent Club (ETC), organized ETC Business Pitching 2026—a major platform designed to simulate the real-world investment landscape. The event gave participants the opportunity to pitch their business ideas directly to national leaders, investors, and industry experts. It is part of the Executive & Talent Club (ETC) program, which connects experienced leaders with high-potential young talents through hands-on learning beyond the classroom.

The event took place on Friday, May 1, 2026, and featured distinguished national leaders and experts who shared their perspectives and served as judges for the business presentations, including:

  • Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University
  • Associate Professor Dr. Danupol Hoonsopon, Assistant to the President for Chula Unisearch, and Chulalongkorn University Book Center
  • Mr. Natavudh Moo Pungcharoenpong, founder of Ookbee, fund manager at 500 Tuktuks and BMB Capital Partners, and independent director at GMM Grammy and TQM Alpha.
  • Kreingkarn Kanjanapokin, CEO of Index Creative Village
  • Mr. Thanawat Boonpanya, Head of Investment at Krungsri Finnovate

Participants in the program included executives, experts, and influential figures from a wide range of major industries across the country. The pitching activity was designed to mirror real-world business situations closely. Participants were required to present business concepts, answer in-depth questions, and negotiate with investors—testing both their strategic thinking and communication skills.

The event also featured the selection of winning teams, with awards presented for first, second, and third place, along with special investor awards for particularly promising business ideas. Intense pitching sessions throughout the event reflected diverse business perspectives and real-world investment decision-making.

The winning team was Team Vision, consisting of:

  • Pawarit Chotikasathien
  • Chalee Wittayachamnankhun
  • Thanakorn Sricharoenphong
  • Sanchai Poplee
  • Thoranat Thammacharee
  • Phuphat Mekhapongphan
  • Khao Wongchan Vaner
  • Phuwin Singsamphan
  • Pheeraphat Petchdit
  • Amsika Chotwijit
  • Praewa Wayun
  • Suwimon Cheewaphitakphon
  • Kritdet Athitphum

ETC and Chulalongkorn University place strong emphasis on developing “wisdom” alongside “knowledge,” believing that wisdom cannot be gained solely through classroom learning but must also come from experience, exchange of ideas, and confronting real-life situations. This vision is driven under the leadership of the ETC Team Director:

  • Nithit Arunvongse Na Ayudhya
  • Korn Koravitch Narongkananukul
  • Sittipoom Leeswadtrakul

They believe that building a community of “visionary leaders who understand the modern world” is the key to sustainable growth.

The first ETC cohort has now reached a major milestone in the program, showcasing tangible outcomes from experiential learning, while recruitment for the second ETC cohort is underway, inviting a new generation of leaders to join the community.

ETC is, therefore, more than just a program—it is a “leadership platform” that brings together knowledge, networks, and experience to create new opportunities, drive innovation, and contribute to long-term economic development in society.
