Gurugram: Meddo Health, a network of over 300 plus digitally enabled full service OPD health centres in Delhi NCR, today announced their partnership with District Administration Gurugram for their official Covid-19 relief chatbot. Reaching out to help the residents of Gurugram, Meddo will enable tele consultations with a pool of over 200 doctors from across Delhi NCR with the help of the Whatsapp enabled chatbot. Founded by Mr. Saurabh Kochhar and Dr. Naveen Nishchal, this new age health-tech start up is fundamentally transforming and organising ambulatory care in our country.

COVID-19 cases are rising at an alarming rate in the NCR region and there is an evident shortage of infrastructure facilities and required medical supplies. Impacted patients and families are unable to access authentic information and therefore, not being able to get the needed aid in time. To help the public with real-time verified information available to the public at large, District Administration Gurugram has partnered with Whatsapp, Google India, DeepStrat, Dialogue India, Day Technologies, Meddo, MyUpchaar and Dunzo, to disburse information effectively via official WhatsApp platform.
Meddo will support the Deputy Commissioner Gurugram, a government institution responsible for delivery of good governance in the District of Gurugram with tele-consultations and RT-PCR testing in the district.
Mr Saurabh Kochhar, Founder and CEO, Meddo said, “Meddo and its team has been working relentlessly for the past 12 months to contribute their bit during these testing times. We have conducted thousands of RT-PCR tests via home collection across Delhi NCR in the past 12 months and scaled up our tele-medicine platform real time as per need. Through this association with the Govt. of Haryana, we aim to provide timely information and services to the patients in need.”

The service can be accessed in in English as well as Hindi. Based on a numeric response pattern, each query will be responded with crisp and relevant answers.
