GTT Data Solutions Integrates AntWorks to Enhance AI-Driven Document & Data Management

India, Feb 27: With a vision to develop India-built data and AI platforms for global deployment, GTT Data Solutions Ltd (“GTT”), a BSE-listed global leader in data engineering and AI platforms, has integrated AntWorks, a pioneer in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Cognitive Automation, enabling intelligent document management, automation, and insights for enterprises across BFSI and healthcare sectors. This all-stock integration strengthens GTT’s AI-driven document intelligence capabilities across India, the U.S., the UK, and APAC, positioning the company as a provider of next-generation data and intelligence solutions for regulated industries worldwide.

As an enterprise-grade data and AI software provider focused on managing large-scale structured and unstructured data for global enterprises, GTT continues to strengthen its proprietary platforms and data intelligence capabilities. This integration aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its AI-powered document and data interpretation capabilities across regulated industries while reinforcing its ability to support enterprise decision-making through advanced automation, domain intelligence, and scalable data platforms.

As part of this integration, GTT will add approximately INR 20 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) from AntWorks to its existing global revenue base. AntWorks’ enterprise customers, advanced AI models, and global delivery capabilities will transition into the GTT ecosystem, strengthening the company’s reach and value proposition among major enterprise clients across North America and Europe.

AntWorks’ flagship Cognitive Machine Reading (CMR) engine and low-code automation platform will enhance the GTT Intelligent Document Suite (IDS), enabling more scalable, accurate, and intelligent document ingestion, extraction, and decision automation for highly regulated industries, including banking, financial services, insurance, and healthcare. These capabilities will further strengthen GTT’s ability to help enterprises manage complex document-driven data workflows with greater accuracy, compliance, and speed.

“This integration advances our mission to embed AI-first document intelligence into enterprise decision-making,” said Srikumar Kumar, President of GTT Data Solutions. “Building on this momentum, AntWorks’ proven technology and deep BFSI domain expertise will further strengthen GTT’s global capabilities.”

The integration further solidifies GTT’s leadership in verticalised AI and data platforms, enabling greater speed, compliance, and automation at scale for clients across India, Europe, the U.S., and APAC. It reinforces GTT’s positioning as a “Make in India for the world.”
