ISB Welcomes 839 Students to PGP Class of 2027 in Its Silver Jubilee Year

May 07: Marking its 25th year, the Indian School of Business (ISB) welcomed 839 students to its Post Graduate Programme (PGP) Class of 2027 across its Hyderabad and Mohali campuses. The cohort comprises 424 students in Hyderabad and 415 in Mohali.             

ISB’s PGP Class of 2027 represents a mix of early-career professionals and experienced talent, with an average age of 26 and work experience ranging from 2 to 18 years. Women constitute over 45% of the class, contributing to a diverse learning environment. The cohort brings together talent from 12+ industries and 15 functional areas, including ITeS, banking, consulting, e-commerce, media, and FMCG.

The PGP Class of 2027 includes individuals from the Armed Forces, public sector organisations such as ISRO and BARC, entrepreneurs, and professionals across fields such as medicine, law and engineering, and the creative arts. The cohort also includes award-winning achievers, including All India Rank holders, athletes and scholars.

ISB has awarded scholarships worth over INR 12 crore to approximately 13% of the cohort. These include merit-based, need-cum-merit, and diversity-linked scholarships, covering partial to full tuition and spanning categories such as international diversity, the Armed Forces, and partner-supported initiatives.
