Versant Renews Verizon Distribution Deal

NEW YORK, Oct 3 –Versant (Nasdaq: VSNT) today announced it has reached a multi-year renewal of their distribution agreement with Verizon. The long-term agreement will continue to make Versant’s portfolio of iconic brands, including USA Network, MS NOW, CNBC, Oxygen True Crime, Golf Channel, E!, and SYFY available to Verizon customers.

With the completion of the Verizon agreement, Versant has successfully renewed all distribution partnerships expiring in 2026.
