Pooja Katurde talks about balancing safety and emotions while filming a bike scene in Sony SAB’s Pushpa Impossible

Sony SAB’s Pushpa Impossible, loved for its inspiring story and relatable characters, brings a high-intensity sequence that brings Pushpa (Karuna Pandey) and Prarthana (Pooja Katurde) together in a powerful moment. Viewers will see the two characters riding a bike in a tense situation, a scene filled with urgency and strong emotions.

The sequence was both emotionally and physically demanding for the actors. For the scene, Pooja Katurde had to ride the bike with Karuna Pandey seated behind her. While the moment looks gripping on screen, filming it required multiple rehearsals, careful coordination, and complete trust between the two actresses. Since the scene carries a lot of emotional weight, both Pooja and Karuna had to stay fully present while also ensuring safety during the ride. The atmosphere on set was serious, as everyone understood the importance of getting the scene right.

Speaking about the experience, Pooja Katurde shares, “Riding a bike with Karuna ma’am sitting behind me made me feel very responsible. I had to focus on the road, the camera, and the emotions at the same time. We practiced many times before the final take because safety was very important. During the shot, I could actually feel the tension of the scene, and that helped me perform better. Karuna ma’am kept supporting me and telling me to stay calm. After we completed the sequence, we both felt very emotional. It was challenging, but also very special for me as an actor.”
