The NexGen Leadership Awards, hosted by filmmaker Sunil Kothari, brought together an eclectic mix of artists and industry professionals for an evening dedicated to recognising talent, creativity, and perseverance.

The awards recognised excellence across categories, with Sunil Kothari receiving the Legacy Excellence Award. Pushkar Jog was honoured for his Outstanding Performance in Human Cocaine, while Irshad Kamil received the Best Lyrics award for Saiyaara. Nagma Mirajkar was named Trendsetter of the Year, and Eshika Dey won Breakthrough Performer of the Year (OTT & Films).
Other notable winners included Anusmriti Sarkar as The Most Promising Actress, Nibedita Basu as The Content Disruptor, Krishna Gautam for Best Performance in a Music Video, and Nabil Parkar as Fresh Face of the Year. Varinder Chawla was celebrated as Bollywood’s Lens Legend, Nilesh Choudhari was awarded Outstanding Art Director for Dhurandhar, and Rupali Suri received Dynamic Talent of the Year (Films & OTT).
