Dr. Subbha Somu, Chairman of the National Board for Workers Education, Chennai, has officially announced the appointment of Dr. M. Bhargav Mallappa as Secretary to the Chairman, National Board for Workers Education under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, with immediate effect.
In this vital administrative and executive role, Dr. Mallappa will assist the Chairman in steering public, social, and organisational matters, ensuring enhanced coordination and execution of key institutional policies and public engagement initiatives.
