New Delhi, Sep 4:  realme, the most popular smartphone brand among Indian youth, continues to strengthen its presence in India’s hearables market, with strong performance in the TWS category in Q2 2026. According to the latest Counterpoint Research India Hearables (TWS) Model Tracker, realme captured the No. 1 position in the INR 3–5K price segment with 17% Y-O-Y growth in Q2 2026, reinforcing its strength in a key mass-premium consumer segment.

Further strengthening this leadership, the realme Buds Air 7 emerged as the best-selling TWS model in the offline channel within the INR 3–5K segment, highlighting strong consumer acceptance and the brand’s retail presence.

The realme Buds T200x also emerged as a best-selling ANC TWS model in the below-INR 2K segment in Q2 2026, demonstrating realme’s ability to deliver advanced audio experiences across accessible price points.

Speaking about the performance, Francis Wong – Head of Product Marketing, realme, said,

At realme, our approach to AIoT and personal technology has always been centred around understanding how young consumers live, work and entertain themselves. Maintaining our No. 1 position in the INR 3K–5K TWS segment for the second consecutive quarter, alongside 17% YoY growth, is a strong validation of this consumer-first approach. It reflects our ability to consistently bring the right mix of innovation, design and value to consumers. We will continue to build on this momentum and expand our hearables portfolio with products that deliver meaningful experiences and real value.”

As per Counterpoint, the brand’s growth was driven by high audio quality, seamless noise cancellation, aggressive product refreshes, competitive pricing, and strong offline reach. In addition, realme’s established smartphone ecosystem and strong appeal among younger, value-conscious consumers provided an additional growth lever for the brand.

With its strong performance across key TWS price segments, realme remains focused on making advanced audio experiences more accessible to Indian consumers, while continuing to strengthen its position in India’s hearables market.
